“Asnavi” soup
Ingredients: 200 g of bone-in meat, 1 cup of frozen red and white beans, half a cup of mash, 2-3 tablespoons of oil, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 1 tablespoon of tomato.
Preparation: the bone is boiled in water, red and white beans, which have been thawed in advance, are cooked. Meat, onions, carrots, and tomatoes are fried in a separate bowl and added to the broth. At the end, bell pepper is finely chopped. If you have mushrooms at home, you can also add them chopped. The soup will be tastier and more nutritious.
“Meatball” soup
Necessary ingredients: 300 g boned meat, 150 g minced meat, 1 onion, 1 turnip, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, half a teaspoon of tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of oil, according to taste salt, herbs and spices.
Preparation: after heating the salad or olive oil in a pot, add the meat, turn it once or twice, add chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic, carrots, turnips, and bell peppers. we add. After frying a little, we pour water, it boils for 35 minutes. We sprinkle the minced meat with salt and spices, make it into a ball and put it in a pot. After it is cooked, we sprinkle greens on top of the food and put it on the table.
Egg yolk
Necessary ingredients: 250 g of chicken, 3 liters of water, 1 onion, 2 carrots (red, yellow), 1 turnip, 3 eggs, salt to taste, herbs and spices .
Preparation: the chicken meat is boiled in water until foam is removed, after adding one sliced onion to it, it continues to boil over low heat. Onions, carrots, and turnips are lightly fried in a tablespoon of oil in a separate pan, and then added to the boiling soup. In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs (one with the yolk, the other two only with the white), add greens, salt and pepper and mix. The pan is lightly greased and the mixture is cooked in a thin form like a pudding. The egg mixture will make 6 dumplings. They are cooled, made into noodles and thrown into the pot with one bay leaf. Chicken meat is cut into long pieces and put into the pot. In this case, after boiling for ten minutes, the fire is turned off and the lid is closed, that is, the food is slightly steamed. After 5-10 minutes, it can be easily floated in a bowl and eaten.
Barley groat soup
Necessary ingredients: 2 tablespoons of oil, 200 g of meat, 1 onion, carrot, turnip, bell pepper, half a cup of thawed barley groats, 1 teaspoon of tomato or one tomato, salt to taste and spices.
Preparation: pour 2 tablespoons of pistachio (or olive) oil into a pot, add meat, onion, tomato, garlic, onion, carrot, turnip, and bell pepper. Put salt in moderation, fry everything a little and pour water. When it boils, add half a cup of thawed barley groats and cook over low heat like a regular soup. When the food is cooked, it can be eaten together with greens.
Diet food with cabbage
Both sick and healthy people like to prepare and eat dietary liquid food from meat and vegetables.
Required ingredients: 0.5 kg of meat with bones, 2 liters of water, half a cabbage, 1 onion, 1 turnip, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 3 bay leaves, salt to taste, herbs and spices.
Preparation: boil the meat in water for about 2-2.5 hours. Then cut the cabbage into squares (1×1 cm). If the cabbage has a bitter taste, leave it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and then use it for cooking. In a separate pan, fry the onion and add turnip carrots and tomatoes to it. When it’s ready, put it in the cabbage broth. Add bay leaves and greens as well. When the soup is cooked, adjust the salt.
Sweet bean soup
Necessary ingredients: 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of tomatoes or 1 tomato, 2-3 pieces of garlic, half a garden of celery (cilantro), 100 g of minced meat or lamb, 1 cup of white beans, 1 potato, 1 red carrot, salt and spices to taste.
Preparation: when the oil is hot, fry the finely chopped onion until golden, then add minced meat or minced meat to it. Mix well and add tomatoes, carrots cut into squares, potatoes, and garlic. Then pour water into the pot and add 1 cup of beans. The soup boils for 1-1.5 hours. Then add salt and chopped celery. Remember, salt is thrown away only after the beans are cooked.
