“Forest” cake

Necessary ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 100 grams of sari, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of soda, 4-5 cups of flour.

Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar, add melted butter and melted honey, mix well, put on low heat and stir continuously. Soda is sprinkled on the edges of the container so that the ingredients rise 3-4 times near boiling. Then flour is added.
  2. We divide the finished product into six pieces and cook it at 200 C. We cut the cooked dough flat with a plate so that the edges are flat and let it cool. Then we spread the prepared cream on them and sprinkle with walnuts. We leave our finished cake for 12 hours until the cream is absorbed.

“Love” cakes recipe

For the biscuit dough:

5 egg yolks, 150 g of sugar, 1 pinch of salt, lemon zest, 140 g of flour; 60 g of ground almonds, 5 eggs.

For the dough: 20 g of gelatin, 120 ml of grape juice, 80 g of sugar, a little lemon juice, 850 ml of cream.

For decoration: 150 g of roasted almond pieces, 100 g of powdered sugar, 200 g of marzipan mass, red and green special paint for cakes.

Preparation:

  1. Mix egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, salt and flour. Add lemon zest and almonds. Beat the egg whites with the sugar and make a soft dough. Heat the gas oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Place the dough on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes. Then remove from gas oven and cool. For Nachinka, dissolve the gelatin in steam. Heat the gelatin with grape juice, sugar, lemon juice and let it cool. Whisk the cream into the cooled mixture.
  3. After dividing the biscuit into 3 pieces, push the dough and put a ring on the edge, put it in the freezer for 2 hours. Then take the ring and apply cream on the sides, stick the almond pieces.
  4. Mix the marzipan mass with powdered sugar, add green paint to 1/2 and red paint to another. To prepare the marzipan mass, mix 200 g of almonds, 200 g of powdered sugar, 1 egg white and a few drops of lemon juice in a mixer. Make hearts and roses out of red, and leaves out of green.

“Slavyanka” cake

Ingredients needed:

6 eggs, 150 g of sugar, 150 g of flour, 30 g of starch, a little kholva.

Preparation: Mix eggs and sugar until a liquid foam is formed, add starch and flour and make a dough. Divide it into 3 parts, spread each one on non-burning paper and bake at 200 C for 10 minutes. After cooling, cut the edges and spread the cream between them. Grate the pieces of the egg on a grater, mix them with holva and sprinkle them on the surface of the cake.

For the cream: add 70 g of water to 170 g of condensed milk, put it on fire until it boils, slowly pour in 3 well-whipped egg yolks, mix and cook until it thickens. When it cools down, whip 280 g of butter, add 60 g of grated kholva, don’t forget the vanilla. The finished cream is applied to the cake.
