Apple and walnut cake
Necessary ingredients: 6 eggs, 300 g of powdered sugar, 20 g of cocoa powder, 250 g of grated apples, 150 g of chopped walnuts, 100 g of flour (high grade), a little baking soda (7 g).
Nachinka: 0.15 liters of milk, 200 g of powdered sugar, 20 g of cocoa powder, 200 g of butter.
Preparation: Egg yolks are whipped with sugar and mixed with cocoa, grated apple and chopped walnuts. Add egg white and baking soda to this mixture and make a dough.

Preparation: Sugar powder and vanillin are whipped with egg yolk. Then it is put on top of manna flour. Nuts, baking soda, apples cut into small pieces are added to this ingredient and kneaded into a dough.
The finished dough is placed in a cake pan greased with oil and sprinkled with flour and baked on medium heat. The finished cake is spread with jam and sprinkled with almonds. Brush with egg white and put in the oven for 1 minute.
Preparation of egg white foam: egg white is whipped with sugar until thick. Spread on the cake when ready.
Apricot cake
Required products: 6 eggs, 100 g of powdered sugar, 100 g of butter or margarine, 60 g of ground almonds, 40 g of powdered sugar, 80 g of flour, apricot jam, cream (for whipping).
Preparation: sugar is mixed with butter or margarine, then almonds and egg yolk are mixed. Beaten egg white, sugar, and flour are added to the mixture and the dough is kneaded.
The finished dough is placed in a greased and floured cake pan and baked over medium heat.
The finished cake is divided into two. Apricot jam or jam is rubbed into two slices and joined together. It is decorated with cream and preserved apricots.
